I’m a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner, passionate about helping people break free from the patterns and beliefs holding them back. RTT is a beautifully integrative approach, developed by Marissa Peer, that weaves together hypnotherapy, pyschotherapy, NLP and CBT to gently reach the sub-conscious mind – where lasting change truly begins.
Working collaboratively with you, I tailor each session to your unique needs, honouring your journey while supporting you towards meaningful, lasting transformation.

Energy Healing works on the principle that our physical body and life experiences are informed by the energies that exist in our energy field.
Any imbalances or blocks in our energy field can contribute to emotional challenges, physical pain or illness, limiting life patterns and other unwanted conditions.
Energy healing sessions help in alleviating these and opening up paths of healing in body, mind, heart and soul.
